The design process begins once decisions have been made about the requirements for your custom made luxury presentation case. The correct dimensions, colour, materials and market trends are meticulously researched, as this is critical to the process of transforming ideas into reality.
Engineering
After approval, the design is submitted to the engineering department. Professional model makers get to work on creating a prototype, a process that examines every detail and aspect of the design.
Production
State of the art technologies are used to create high precision models and to guarantee consistently high quality workmanship, although a large portion of the production process is and continues to be performed according to traditional methods. From stripping and sawing raw timber to precision sawing custom made wooden strips for interiors, compartments, lids and cases. Once assembly is complete, the case begins to take shape and after varnishing or staining, the case really comes to life. True connoisseurs demand that cases be polished to produce a fabulous, shiny finish.
Quality Control
Meticulous quality control inspections are performed at the end of each stage of the production process to maintain Krepel's high quality levels. Not only do we carefully examine the quality of the wood, colour and finish, but we also pay close attention to issues concerning health, safety and the environment to ensure healthy and safe working conditions.
